Welcome to One Good Shot Photography...

I’m a Valley Girl born and raised in the heart of California. As long as I can remember I've always had a love for children. If there's a baby in the room you can bet I'll be holding it. Fast forward to my college years and many nanny jobs later, I acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. I worked as a pediatric nurse for a short time before starting a family of my own. This is when I fell in love with photographing children.

I’m married to my high school sweetheart who is much more supportive than I could ever imagine. We have two beautiful teenagers who make my heart smile. And sometimes make me want to scream. But I love them! They are my entire world.

I require coffee! I love peanut butter, and movie nights with popcorn & milk duds (you should try it!). Puppy breath and kitten purrs and bedtime snuggles. I love fitness (most of the time). The beach is my happy place. And there is something about the smell of rain that warms my soul.

Professionally, I am your photographer. Personally I will forever be your friend. I’m the one behind the camera, it’s where I prefer to be. A witness to those perfect and not so perfect moments between you and those you love most. And believe it or not...sometimes it's the imperfect moments that make us whole.
